Step 1
After saving, tap “Send on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with a ready message and your quotation link; pick the client's chat and send.
- 1Tap “Send on WhatsApp”
- 2Choose the chat and tap send
- 3Or use “Copy link” to paste it anywhere, or “PDF” to download
Tip: The steps at the top (Created, Sent, Opened, Accepted) fill in as things happen.

Step 2
What your client sees
The link opens in any phone browser; no app or login. It shows your business, the total, every item, the payment schedule and your terms, with a PDF to download.
- 1“Accept quotation” to accept
- 2“Ask for changes” to send you a message
- 3The call and WhatsApp buttons reach you directly

Step 3
When the client asks for changes
You see their message on the quotation and on Home. Make the changes, then send the update.
- 1Open the quotation
- 2Tap “Edit and resend”
- 3Change what's needed and tap “Save quote”

Step 4
Send the updated version
If the client had already seen the quote, your edit becomes Rev 2. The page and the client's link list exactly what changed, so nobody has to compare PDFs.
- 1Check the “Changes in Rev 2” card
- 2Tap “Send update on WhatsApp”
Tip: Edits you make before sending stay in the same revision; it moves to Rev 3 only after Rev 2 has been sent or opened.

Step 5
When the client accepts
The client taps “Accept quotation”, sees their name, and taps once more to accept. No OTP. Their name, time and device are recorded, and you're told by email.
- 1You see “Accepted” on the quotation and on Home
- 2With a payment schedule, the client is asked for the first payment straight away

Step 6
Follow up from the list
“Quotes” shows every quotation with where it stands and what to do next. Tabs show what's waiting, accepted, drafts and expired.
- 1Tap “Waiting” to see who hasn't replied
- 2Tap a quote and “Remind on WhatsApp” to follow up
- 3An expired quote has “Extend 15 days”
